Hello everyone,

I am trying to use CHAI3D in Windows 10 to read the data from the Geomatic Touch device.
So far, I installed the Geomatic Touch Driver and OpenHaptics V3.4.0. Both Diagnostic and Setup programs work properly. Then, I build the CHAI3D 3.1.1 visual studio version in 32 bits by using visual studio community 2015.
When I try to run any of the examples of CHAI3D I always obtain the same result "no device 0.000 0.00 0.00"
Does anyone have any idea of which could be the problem?

PS: I also tried by building CHAI3D in 64 bits. In that case, I can run the CHAI3D examples successfully. Unfortunately, I must work with the 32 bits version.

This limitation is unfortunately due to the Phantom drivers. If you are running on a 64-bit computer, only 64-bit applications can run. One option would be to find a 32-bit version of Windows 10.
